it's the 23rd of april. well, it's the start of the week-long celebration of Aklan Fiber festival. of course almost all of the people in the office have to be there (in aklan). i never expected the office to be this empty, though. i mean, only me and leslie at the 2nd floor with only sir Arnel. Then Mam Emma in the adjacent room. Well, Sir Mervin was here a while ago, but he vanished (hehe... i think he had to go somewhere). the UST practicumers were here as well, but i learned that they were told to do their tasks at home since they'll be working on packaging designs...so, at the end, it was really me, leslie, and sir Arnel at the second floor. Then Mam Emma in the adjacent room...Haaayyyy...i wonder how fun it is to be in Aklan right now and see all those exhibits. *sigh with misty eyes*

well, there are things we have to do other than daydream about Aklan (*sigh*)... we still have to continue working on the new brochure and write stories about the producers. it is a wonderful job, being able to read the stories of success and endurance experienced by these clients. each has stories of difficulties, obstacles, shortages, and of course, winning. i'm learning a lot here. i may not know it, but i might be picking up some useful business advice here unconciously...

i wonder how beautiful the designs exhibited are in the fiber festival (noooooo!!!! how am i going to stop this???!!!!)
